Lisa Winnett
Curriculum Director - Secondary ELAR at Harmony Public Schools
Lisa Winnett is the Curriculum Director - Secondary ELAR at Harmony Public Schools. Currently in her 27th year in education, this is Lisa’s ninth year with Harmony. Lisa taught for twelve years in ELA classrooms in North Texas and has experience with both middle school and high school. Grammar was always considered a strength in her teaching repertoire. In addition, Lisa spent time as a counselor and as an assistant principal in two different organizations.
Lisa holds an M.A in Education Administration from TAMU-Commerce and a B.A. in English from UT-Arlington. Her goal in education has always been to help students see the value in knowledge and learning, and in her current role, to provide teachers with what they need to do the same.
Taylor Brock
Sr. Customer Success Manager of NoRedInk
Taylor Brock is a Senior Customer Success Manager at NoRedInk, specializing in driving strategic success aligned to district literacy priorities. With a robust background in education, Taylor manages complex implementations and account strategies, ensuring districts achieve their desired outcomes. Taylor has a proven track record of developing success plans, enhancing service delivery, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to deliver value.
Before transitioning to customer success, Taylor honed leadership skills as a Grade Team Leader and English teacher at KIPP Texas and San Antonio ISD, where she was named Teacher of the Year in 2020-21 for delivering exceptional academic growth. Taylor’s expertise spans coaching, curriculum development, and fostering positive learning environments through restorative discipline and data-driven instruction.
Taylor holds an M.S. in Education from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in Public Relations from the University of South Carolina. Certified as a Customer Success Manager, Taylor is passionate about continuous improvement and driving impactful change.
